Not only are they going online for ‘research’ but also for ideas and inspiration. Mobile watch time of YouTube videos with “ideas” in the title has grown over 135% in the past two years.
Forrester Research revealed that “smartphones will impact [via internet research] 34% of total U.S. retail sales in 2018″ — that’s $1 trillion that will be impacted. By 2022, they estimate “smartphones will impact 42% of total retail sales.”
